Jisu.Art is the official web store featuring the work of Jacqueline 'Jisu' Choe. Here you can support her work through one-of-a-kind collections and collabs.

FULFILLMENT AND RETURNS

WHAT DOES 'PRE-ORDER' MEAN?

Pre-order status means the product has already entered mass-production and will be made commercially available online and in-person in limited quantities. Pre-ordering ensures your own copy before stock is out. Stock is limited and re-stocks are not intended.

WILL X PRODUCT BE RE-STOCKED?

Jisu.Art is not intended to be a normal retail site. Re-stocking should not be expected unless under extraordinary circumstances.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Order are shipped out on a weekly basis. Once a batch arrives, each item is hand-packed and handled with individual care and shipped out accordingly. Due to COVID-19 shipping may be delayed due to post office delays. All international orders will also be subject to irregular shipping times due to severely fluctuating shipping costs.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Refunds will only be facilitated in the instance of:

  • Damaged item sent out
  • Order cancellation prior to shipment
  • Item out of stock

Items cannot be returned after being shipped out. The only instance of possible return is in the case of incorrect item fulfillment. We do not facilitate exchanges.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED/INCORRECT?

In the case of damaged/lost/incorrect goods, please contact us and we will do our best to refund or send out the correct item
